When your child is happier, your life gets easier...

Khuba Kids is run by Gail Cornell who brings a wealth of fun, passion and experience to coaching your children and maximising their potential. Khuba Kids was developed as an extension of our sister company, Khuba Health. Khuba Health works with adults to provide a unique approach to well-being.

Start with a FREE 15-minute consultation where you can describe your child's problems,  allowing Gail to give you her honest opinion as to whether coaching will help you and your child.

If you are happy to proceed we will book your first session, where you bring your child (or children) to our facility in Nantwich. You will be present at this meeting and together, you can decide if there is enough rapport for Gail to work with them.

Gail will advise how many sessions (either 5 or 10) we recommend you will need.  Everything is tailored to your individual child's needs, as here at Khuba Kids, we recognise every person and child is unique.

We will use play, art & drama together with sensory tools to heal and encourage. Gail can work with a range of different problems and developmental issues including:

  • ADHA (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

  • ODD (Oppositional defiant disorder)

  • Depression & Anxiety

  • Acute Shyness or Hypersensitivity

  • PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)

  • Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Downs Syndrome

  • Other learning disabilities (see page

Maybe you don't really know what the underlying issues are or perhaps you don't want to label your child as anything in particular but feel your child would benefit from play therapy or coaching. Whatever your needs, we are here to help. Give us a call today and take that important step in the right direction.

Parents Need Support Too

When you as a parent seek help do not think that you have failed as a parent.  It is the absolute opposite!  The fact that you are able to recognise that your child needs some additional help and is struggling is a positive sign that you are consciously aware of their needs.  We all have limitations and to seek support is a sign of strength, not weakness.  It is always a very positive example to set for our children – that we are not all able to fix everything ourselves and it is okay to ask for help.

It can be so hard as a parent to watch your child struggle – all we want as parents are for our children to be healthy, happy and confident.  We want them to believe in themselves and feel able to take on whatever life throws at them and learn from it and thrive.  Sadly, despite being loved and supported, life for some children is more complicated and they struggle to feel happy; lack the motivation to rise to challenges and suffer from crippling low confidence and self-esteem.

Khuba Kids can work with both parent and child together to help you develop better communication skills with your child through play therapy together.

If you are struggling as a parent to cope and often feel anxious, stressed or lacking in motivation then we will refer you to our sister company Khuba Health, find out more at www.khubahealth.com

Working with parents and caregivers is a huge part of our ongoing development and support. Everyone benefits with Khuba Kids
